Because we lived in an all bills paid house for a long time, I hadn't needed electricity in my name since it was only HL&P. Obviously, felt a little overwhelmed at first with all the companies & rate plans. But saw Gexa, loved that energy sources are green & less than 10 minutes later was signed up. Love the weekly updates on usage - easy peasy to pay bill online - couldn't be happier. We have 3/2 with central a/c&h & window unit in garage to keep cool when working out there. I work from home - run at 72 - 76 & even with heat wave haven't had bill over $175 (been with Gexa 5 months). Only wish I could renew my 12-month plan but other than that .

I have been using 4Change since December of 2012 and have been very happy with the service I have received and the costs have never been an issue. They always look like they are more than the competitors but at the end of the day, the bill has always been less. That is why I keep renewing with them!

Customer service had the NERVE
I'm a fair person I've been with this company since 2013. My bill ALWAYS reflects what I used I get a graph every two weeks showing me my usage. This customer service lady had the ORDASITY to tell me well you used a lot more ENERGY THIS TIME LAST YEAR so WHAT!!!!!! LAST YEAR WAS LAST YEAR I had help last year so I was able run my air a little more last year. This year CENTERPOINT CHARGING DOUBLE for usage says STREAM ENERGY. Some people don't understand FIXED INCOME. I'm struggling to stay cool NOT RUNNING my AIR at all. I found Her RUDE , & Judgemental. Telling me What I can afford girllllllll. I had to catch myself. Stream Energy do better DAGNABIT!!!!! RIPPING OFF CUSTOMER'S ISN'T GOOD AT ALL.

I shouldve stayed with reliant energy
I was told all the good things, bill would be much cheaper if I switched over. I have the free nights/weekends etc & my first 2 bills were 200+. I am about 5 months in & my bills are 3-400.00 per month now & I dont get it. Im at work all day, kids in school. Basically just A/c running til we all get home to cook & relax. My bills with reliant were cheaper with the same circumstances. And when we had bad storms in may & July this year, we lost power both times for about a week & bills were still high. I seriously want to cancel my contract
