I signed up my apartment and retail store with. Think energy in Connecticut. A friend who works for them told me they were under new ownership in 2023. So despite some o
past negative reviews. I decided to try them out. It was a good decision. They're saving me a lot of money, and my rate is locked for 3 years. No issues at all.
Highly recommend. — Patti P. from Bristol CT
I'm in the PPL territory and I signed up for their Clean 36 plan. 3 year fixed rate with no fees or penalties. I like knowing exactly what my rate will be every month, especially when rates are high and expected to just go higher, over time. They sent me an email letting me know that my plan is 100% clean energy and that they're protecting 50 trees in the rainforest for every customer. Not bad. Think has a referral program where you can get long-term discounts on your rate for referring friends/family. Haven't used it yet, but will. — Anthony M. from Honesdale PA
Think energy is great, — Gayled from Oakland Gardens NY

Terrible customer service in general and hard to get in contact with anyone. They overcharged me significantly on two invoices and re-write the invoices back to me. I was fine with this company until this situation occurred . I was informed by the rep as well to resign with them and my invoices would be re-written. That wasn't the plan and now I owe them $ 500 in total for two electric invoices in a small apartment.
